1.1.5. To keep personal data in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed (principle of limitation of the period of storage);


1.1.6. Processing of personal data in such a way as to ensure, by appropriate technical or organizational measures, adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage (principle of integrity and confidentiality).


2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA ARE YOU NOT SPECIFICALLY COLLECTED AND PROCESSED?

11.2.3. You did not consent to the processing of your personal data, but such processing is necessary for our legitimate interests;


11.2.4. We are obliged by European Union and national law to process your personal data.


11.2.5. We must process your data for the purposes of enforcing, enforcing or defending legal requirements.

14. WHAT IS THE RIGHT TO DATA PORTFOLIO? HOW CAN I USE IT?


14. The right to data portability means that you have the right to receive, in a systematic, easy-to-use, computer readable and interoperable format, the personal data you submit that we process by automated means. If technically possible and upon your request, this data may be sent directly to another person specified by you.




15. HOW CAN I SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR THE EXERCISE OF MY RIGHTS?

15.2. In our system, we identify you by your email address. When submitting a request to us in one of the following ways, always provide your collected email address. If you do not provide an email address or if it does not match the requester's personal email address, we will not be able to correctly identify and provide the information requested or to comply with your request.
