If you’ve changed your mind or simply your PremiumHIFI product just isn’t right for you, you can return to us within 14 days of receipt.
However, whilst you are deciding whether to keep your purchases, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods. Therefore, please ensure you do not damage the items (or the packaging) and, if you wish to return anything that it reaches us in perfect condition.
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whilst in your possession or when returning them or if you have returned your purchase after 14 days (with the exception of faulty goods) we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full. We may instead return your purchase to you.
We do not accept back worn, used, altered or damaged items. We may not be able to issue you a refund if the value of an item is diminished by something you have done for example;
This excludes the following:
- Perishable goods
- Items that are sealed for hygiene or health protection purposes if unsealed (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)
- Ex-display items which were sold on an “as-is” basis
- With cosmetic imperfections
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with a receipt or order confirmation.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and you keep your proof of postage. PremiumHIFI cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are not delivered to us.

Returning your in-store purchase or online order for small items such as cables & headphones to store is easy; all you need to do is bring the following:
- Your item in an unused and resalable condition
- Your receipt or order confirmation
- The payment card you used to purchase or place your order with
Return via a collection
We understand that it can be tricky to return larger items ordered online back to store. In these cases, we can arrange your return via a collection.
Please contact our customer services team, and they will be more than happy to help. We may require you to package the product before collection, to ensure it is safe to return to our depot.
Returning products supplied by one of our Third-Party Suppliers
Some of the products we sell are sent directly out from our suppliers. If your order was supplied by a third party, please contact our customer services team, and they will be more than happy to help. We may require you to package the product before collection, to ensure it is safe to return.
Time to process refunds
The time to receive your refund depends on when and how your item was returned.
- Returning in-store – Your refund will appear in your account within 5-14 days.
- Returning via a collection – Please allow up to 14 days for this to appear in your account once your items have been collected.
All refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
We will exchange your item/s within 14 days if they are unused and in a resalable condition and you have your receipt or order confirmation. This will exclude the items listed above unless they are faulty.
If your item develops a fault within 14 days of purchasing or receiving it, we will offer a full refund or exchange. If you purchased your item in store, please return your item to store.
