Oh look, another box from Pro-Ject that costs more than your first car and delivers audio purity so clean it could be used as a control sample in a laboratory. Introducing the **Pro-Ject Phono Box RS** — the "RS" presumably stands for **"Really Serious"** or maybe **"Ridiculously Slick"** or even **"Reveals Sins"**, depending on what kind of vinyl rig you're feeding it.
---
🎛 **Quick Stats for the Worshippers of Data:**
* **Type**: Premium phono preamp (like the DS models, but this one moisturizes, meditates, and drives a hybrid)
* **Dimensions**: 206 x 72 x 194 mm — sleek, compact, and ready to flex on your IKEA audio rack
* **Connections**:
* **Inputs**: RCA *and* XLR — so you can feed it signal whether you're a casual vinyl dabbler or a full-blown balanced-input elitist
* **Outputs**: Again, RCA *and* XLR — because the RS doesn't believe in bottlenecking greatness
---
🎧 **What Makes It "RS" Level Fancy:**
* **MM and MC support** with fully adjustable loading via front-panel controls, because spinning records isn’t just a hobby, it’s a cult
* **Fully balanced dual-mono circuitry** — this thing is so symmetrical it makes your face jealous
* **RIAA or DECCA equalization curve selection** — you’re not just listening to music; you’re participating in a museum-grade restoration process
* **Ultra-low distortion and extreme SNR** — so silent between tracks, you’ll hear your existential crisis echoing through the void
* **External power supply** — because real audiophiles know noise doesn't just come from cables, but also from *your soul* (and the grid)
---
💬 **Real Talk**:
This thing is for people who know what a load impedance dial is *and* use it. People who clean their records with goat-hair brushes and store them vertically like vinyl sommeliers. People who tell you they "hear more air" around the cymbals and actually mean it.
If the Phono Box DS3 B is the well-dressed dinner guest with great taste, the **RS** is the sound engineer who shows up with test LPs, soldered their own cables, and low-key judges your stylus tracking force.
---
🎯 **Final Thought**:
The Phono Box RS doesn’t ask you if you're ready. It assumes you are.
Just don't hook it up to a Crosley or you’ll void the laws of physics and possibly your warranty.

Tutto perfetto, grazie.
