🧾 Overview

The KEF Ci160.2CR is a 2-way in-ceiling speaker built around KEF’s Uni-Q driver array for wide, even dispersion and consistent imaging across the room. Designed for discreet flush mounting, it delivers full-range hi-fi sound for music and TV in living spaces, kitchens, corridors, and covered outdoor areas. Its shallow depth, magnetic ultra-thin grille, and weather-resistant design make installation clean and flexible.

✅ Key Features

✅ Uni-Q point-source driver array for coherent imaging and even sound across a wide listening area

✅ Ultra-Thin Bezel (UTB™) design with a discreet, paintable grille for near-invisible integration

✅ Shallow mounting depth for installs where many 6.5” ceiling speakers won’t physically fit

✅ 8Ω load and 89 dB sensitivity—easy to drive with most AV receivers and multi-room amplifiers

✅ Weather-resistant construction with IP64 certification for humid rooms and protected outdoor zones

✅ Wide 120° nominal coverage for smoother room fill with fewer speakers

⚠️ Warning: Installing these may cause sudden “one more pair” syndrome—first the kitchen, then the hallway, then you’re pricing multi-zone amps at 2 a.m. You have been warned.
